We have a complete composting program in Scholars'. We collect fruit and vegetable waste from the cafeteria, shredded paper from the offices in the school, leaves, garden waste, and many other types of organic and we compost them. Not only are we creating compost for our garden but we are also reducing the waste that comes with traveling hundreds of miles to landfills.
