Hi! I’m Charlotte H. and I’m the Green Team president. I have been on the Green Team since September of 2018 and I’m currently entering into 9th grade. Ever since joining the Green Team I have become increasingly passionate about sustainability and trying to make positive contributions toward the environment. Some of the best memories that I’ve made at Scholars’ are working with my friends and peers in the garden and helping our school community become more sustainable. I’ve also tried to adopt certain low-waste practices into my own life such as using a reusable water bottle and switching out plastic bags for reusable bags and containers. I’m looking forward to working with all of our members to create a positive impact on the environment and help improve our school. We may be meeting remotely, but we try our best to create fun and engaging activities and events that everyone will enjoy!

Hi, my name is Mia C. and I am the GT "Webmaster" (Website-Coordinator). I have been with the Green Team since September of 2020. We've all been learning how to navigate the virtual world this year, particularly how to stay active and engaged. With a majority of us being remote, and not being able to enjoy the same perks the Green Team has to offer, it is more than important that we have a place where we can all connect, express our creativity and ideas, and most of all have fun. That is one of the main reasons why I wanted to become a Website Coordinator. To create a place where we could all be involved, connect with others, and enjoy knowing that others around you have the same passion as you do. See you on the Green Team!

Hey! My name’s Syeda H! I am one of the Green Team’s video makers! I’ve been interested in video making and editing for a while now and often try to promote ways to save the environment and ways to be sustainable. Video making is a great and creative way to do that, so I’m doing two of the things I love! I joined the Green Team, quite recently and have enjoyed every second! I can’t wait to see what great impacts the Green Team will make in our school community!

My name is Oluwafisayo O., I am in the 7th grade and I am the Green Team Public Relations Officer. I help with making flyers and other public relations. This is my second year at Scholars' and my second year on the Green Team. It became a great opportunity for me to get involved in the Green Team. I am also the MS Secretary of events on Student Government. I look forward to the rest of the school year with the Green team.
